Warranty Claim Request

Please read this first

Please do NOT complete a warranty claim form if you need your Rheem water heater fixed. Instead, contact your nearest Rheem Service Centre, or a local plumber, or call Rheem on 0800 657 336

  1. New Zealand warranty claims only.

  2. Only one claim per submission will be processed.

  3. A picture of the product is mandatory for us to evaluate the claim.

  4. Warranty part/product must be returned to Rheem to validate the claim.

  5. It is the right of Rheem NZ Ltd to deny a claim request found to be incorrect or fraudulent.

Warranty Contact Details

If warranty is approved, we will send a no-charge replacement to the merchant for their stock with instructions to credit their customer in turn.
Please attach a copy of the merchant tax invoice for the replacement unit or parts.
